Method:
1. Set a few asparagus tips aside for garnish.
2. Sauté oil, garlic (if used), leeks & asparagus on medium heat for +- 10 minutes.
3. Add broth, cauliflower, parsley, salt, pepper & lemon juice on lower heat & simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add coconut milk & purée soup until smooth.
5. Steam asparagus tips till tender & use as garnish when serving the soup.
