I help people tweak their lifestyles to optimise wellness.

I am a certified Holistic Health Coach at the IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) with degrees in psychology and education.

I am also a business owner with extensive experience in the corporate world of IT and blended learning. This is where I experienced first-hand the toll that stress can take on my health and the health of my colleagues. In order to help myself and others I developed a keen interest in wellness and health.

My passion for both health and teaching led me to focus on empowering especially women. I have a special interest in women’s wellness issues specialising in challenges around weight control, insulin resistance, and thyroid issues. My specific areas of interest are natural ways to assist with hormone balancing and gut health due to my personal challenges in this regard. I learned we can’t help or heal others until we help ourselves!

I am constantly updating my knowledge on how to bio-hack wellness and weight control pertaining to insulin, thyroid and sex hormone issues.

I guide you to take care of yourself first in order to help others. You have the answers within you. It’s my job to bring them out. Through a few lifestyle tweaks as well as simple and consistent daily practices, you can make shifts to transform your life towards health and wellness each day.

My approach is based on whole, nutrient-dense foods and sensible supplementation on the one side as well as the practices of mindfulness, gratitude, compassion and connection on the other.
