Method:
1. Add all the ingredients in a pot or slow cooker.
2. If making a chicken broth, add that as well.
3. For veggie broth slow cook for 2 – 4 hours.
4. For chicken broth, slow cook for 6 – 8 hours.
5. Strain liquid.
6. Allow to cool.
7. Broth can be divided into 7 X 1 ½ cup portions for freezing to provide single servings.
8. Broth can also be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
9. The leftover chicken can be chopped & mixed with raw mince or liver for healthy dog food.
