Method:
- Lightly steam veggies & set aside.
- In tagine medium heat coconut oil & add onion & garlic (if used) to sauté for 2 min.
- Sprinkle salt over chicken & add to tagine to grill till light brown on both sides.
- Mix the herbs, spices, honey, lemon juice & chicken stock & add to chicken in tagine.
- Cook for 2 hours over low heat.
- Mix in steamed veggies, place rosemary sprig (if used) on top & cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve with fresh side salad.
